Katrina Powell serves as President and Chief Operations Officer of VYBO, a veteran-owned government contracting firm. She provides strategic leadership across operations, business development, and contract readiness, helping position the company for sustainable growth and successful execution.

With more than a decade of experience in administration, logistics, nonprofit management, and customer service, Katrina brings a disciplined, systems-level approach to complex challenges. She reviews government solicitations and RFPs, evaluates requirements and organizational fit, and helps translate opportunities into clear operational plans, documentation, timelines, and compliance priorities.

As an Army veteran, Katrina draws on the leadership, accountability, and mission focus developed through her military service. She is a strategic thinker known for improving processes, aligning stakeholders, and building practical systems that support efficient operations and informed decision-making.

Katrina holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Information Science from North Carolina Central University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Columbia College of Missouri.
